Historic Gordon Castle, set in beautiful landscaped gardens, is the perfect setting for weddings and private parties large or small. The Castle can host small intimate wedding breakfasts for up to forty guests, with accommodation for eighteen in eight double and two single bedrooms. Other cottages can also be booked along with rooms in local hotels. The garden is a lovely location for a marquee, catering easily for numbers of up to two hundred and fifty guests. The Castle and its grounds are available for weddings and private parties throughout the year except for the months of July, August and September.
For couples, their families and friends, getting married at Gordon Castle is a wonderful experience. Weddings, celebrations and corporate events all enjoy the magnificent setting and the experience is enhanced even more with the special facilities and services sourced by the experienced resident Events Team. They will work with each party to plan and execute itineraries and create a unique individually designed wedding package that will ensure a celebration at Gordon Castle will be remembered and cherished for ever. The historic Gordon Chapel, with its world renowned stained glass windows is adjacent to the Castle grounds in Fochabers. Rev’d Frances Forshaw is delighted to welcome couples from near and far looking to marry in Church gordonchapel@btinternet.com The garden at Gordon Castle is licensed for civil ceremonies.
