The main source of the food served in our Speyside restaurant is the Walled Garden that surrounds it, so just like the view from your table, our menu changes with the seasons. The best quality Scottish meat and seafood are sourced locally to complement The Garden’s abundance. On the fertile plains of the River Spey, we are fortunate to be at the heart of Scotland’s larder, a stone’s throw from both the Highlands and the Moray coast.
