Why Gordon Castle Highland Games?
The Gordon Castle Highland Games & Country Fair we are one of the largest public events in the region, attracting thousands of local, national and international visitors. Promote your product to thousands of new customers and showcase your brand at Moray's biggest family event.
We want you to get the most out of your Highland Games trading experience. To do so, please post regularly on social media about your visit tagging @gordoncastleestate and sharing the Facebook event here. You can also request to co-host the official Facebook Event so please do this but do not create your own event as this becomes confusing for visitors.
Can I set up the day before? Yes!
What time can I set up from on the day? 7.30am
Do I have access to power? Yes - electricity is included in the price for stands in Tower Hall and available for an additional fee of £45 for outside stands
Are tables and chairs included in my trade stand fee? No
How much is a trade stand? 2 x 2 trade stands in Tower Hall are £110 and open air stands are £96 (3x3) or £156 (6x3)
How many tickets do I get with my trade stand? 2 entry tickets for staff. Any additional tickets can be purchased online.
What time does it open to the public? 10am to 5pm
How do I publicise the event online? Engage with our Facebook event.
Is there a closing date? We only have a limited number of spaces in Tower Hall and they will be available on a first come first served basis
