GC Gin cured smoked salmon, king prawns, pickled beets, charred cucumber, dill creme fraiche, crisp bread, cracked pink peppercorn.
Duck Liver Parfait, Smoked Duck Breast, port jelly, orange purée, brioche crumb.
Served with Botanical G&T
Ballotine of Turkey breast with sage, red onion & chestnut stuffing, roast root vegetables, roast potatoes, kilted chipolatas, rich turkey gravy.
Baked lemon sole, scallop & tarragon mousse, mussels, queen scallop, prawn, roast spring onion, peas, leek, potato purée, vermouth cream.
Parsnip Cranberry & chestnut loaf, shaved pear, hazelnuts, dressed leaves.
